We respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. If you wish to delete your Nurido account and completely remove your data from our servers, please follow the instructions below.

How to delete your account inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Nurido app. Please follow these simple steps:

Open the Nurido app on your device.
Tap on your Username (or Avatar) to open the profile menu.
Tap the "Delete Account" button.
Confirm your action. Your account will be deleted immediately.

Request deletion via Web / Email

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly:

Send an email to: support.nurido@gmail.com
Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Please send the email from the exact email address associated with your Nurido account so we can verify your identity. We will process your deletion request within 7 working days.

What happens when you delete your account?

Cloud Data Removed: Your account credentials (email, username) and your AI feature usage history (AI credits) will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Local Health Data: Because Nurido is a local-first app, your daily meal logs, weight history, and nutrition targets are stored locally on your physical device. Deleting your cloud account does not automatically reach into your phone to erase this offline data. You can erase this local data by using the "Delete My Data" option in the app's settings, or simply by uninstalling the Nurido app from your device.
